Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely attach it to your package.
Ship Your Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure items are packed in their original Metagenics packaging to avoid damage.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
